We request all guests at Siam Soul Thai Massage to keep noise to a minimum. To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of the treatment. We ask that you respect other guests’ privacy by speaking softly. Please switch your cellular phones and electronic devices off or to silent mode.

APPOINTMENT:

​

Advanced bookings are recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS:

​

Scheduled treatments must end on time so that other guests are not delayed. We regret that arriving late may decrease the time of your treatment - Your treatment will last the full duration if no other booking is scheduled after your appointment.

​

ARRIVAL TIME:

​

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure enough time for your refreshments and consultations. A late arrival may result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly.

WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT?

​

You need to book 2 Days in advance to recheck whether we can provide the specialist for your treatments. We strongly recommend medical clearance as well. When you arrive, please inform our receptionist if you are pregnant, so that we may offer advice on the treatments that are safe to enjoy during pregnancy.

WHAT TO WEAR:

​

It is a requirement at Siam Soul Thai Massage to wear underwear for the duration of your massage. You may wish to wear your own bikini or briefs. Our therapists always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

PERSONAL PREFERENCES:

​

We definitely encourage a personal touch. It is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, music volume or massage pressure, your therapist will be happy to adjust to suit your needs.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical conditions, we recommend to consult your doctor and receiving clearance before signing up for any services. Please make your therapist aware of any medical conditions you may have. Siam Soul Thai Massage does not accept any responsibility for exacerbation of medical conditions or complications.

WHAT ABOUT MY WATCH, JEWELERY AND VALUABLES?

For personal belongings, a safety deposit box is provided for you in every treatment room. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.

RESPECT

Please respect our staff and shop as we respect you. Anti-social behaviour towards any member of staff will not be tolerated at Siam Soul Thai Massage in any form. This includes but is not limited to; verbal abuse, threatening or intimidating behaviour, threats, soliciting or inappropriate touching towards staff. You will be liable for any and all associated costs and loss of income due to any damage, harm or injury in our shop which includes but is not limited to; staff, assets, furnishings or structures of the building. In severe circumstances, local authorities will be contacted and appropriate charges applied.
