Payments and Refund Policy

At Siam Soul Aesthetic and Spa, we understand the importance and beauty of giving. We are humbled and grateful that our guests choose us to celebrate and show their gratitude for their loved ones, family, friends, and colleagues. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request the following:

  • If you are paying for someone else, please send us an email with the necessary approval prior to the booking to reception.siamsoulspa@gmail.com

  • Include the first name, surname, email, and contact number of both the individual purchasing the gift voucher and the recipient of the gift.

  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account before the booking commences.

  • Please be available at the time of the booking in case payment fails.

  • We reserve the right to decline charging the card on file if we have not received the required information as outlined above.

  • Siam Soul Aesthetic and Spa reserves the right to decline services if payment has not been received prior to the treatments provided.

  • Payments made through the Siam Soul Aesthetic and Spa online booking reservation system are made at your own risk. Siam Soul Aesthetic and Spa does not accept responsibility for any technical issues, errors, or discrepancies that may occur during the payment process. We recommend familiarising yourself with the online booking system and double-checking all details before completing your transaction to ensure accuracy.

  • In the event of any issues with the online payment system, we will make every effort to resolve the matter, but we cannot be held liable for any financial losses incurred due to such circumstances. Should you experience any payment difficulties, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue through liaising with our online booking system.

This policy ensures that we can deliver a seamless experience for both the purchaser and recipient, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We understand that life gets in the way sometimes. We are happy to assist you with modifying or rescheduling your reservation with us.  It is your responsibility to be familiar with our local policies below as it contains important information regarding your massage:

  • It is the client's responsibility to advise their therapist of any dissatisfaction during the massage. After 10 minutes of the massage has elapsed, there will be no refunds. This includes but is not limited to, change of mind or change of personal schedule.

    • Within the first 10 minutes: If you find the therapist cannot meet your expectations, we will offer you an alternate therapist (if available). If there is no alternate available, you can cancel your session and the fee is refundable (not includ​ing processing fees).

    • After 10 minutes has elapsed: Your fee cannot be refunded in cash or card on the same day of the massage session. 

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or to reschedule an appointment.

  • If you are required to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before the commencement of your massage so that we can assist you with rescheduling your appointment.

  • We will attempt to contact you for a failure to present for your appointment or 'No show'. In the event that this occurs, you will incur a charge as per our cancellation policy via our booking reservations system.

  • There is no fee for changing the time frame of a scheduled appointment within a therapist’s availability

  • Arriving late to your appointments may reduce your session time according to the booking time left (non-refundable).

  • Siam Soul Thai Massage strictly offers therapeutic massage only. We reserve the right to cease any session if non-therapeutic treatments are requested by clients and you will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be provided and in severe cases, local authorities will be contacted.

  • All online Gift Vouchers or Gift Certificates purchased are non-refundable.

  • Siam Soul accepts no responsibility for lost gift card vouchers, nor for gift card vouchers/codes that are utilised by other parties including unauthorised used of your purchased gift cards. It is the responsibility of the gift card purchaser to ensure the codes are kept safe and as such, should be treated as real money.

  • No credit or refunds can be given after the expiry date has elapsed of the Gift Voucher or Gift Certificate

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to: siamsoulthaimassage@gmail.com. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Kindly note that payment by card will incur a surcharge

  • Kindly note that appointments booked on public holidays will include a public holiday surcharge of 10%, this does not include any card fees

  • Siam Soul Thai Massage and Siam Soul Aesthetic and Spa reserves the right to amend our policies without notice to you and it is your responsibility to be familiar with them prior to your booking and/or massage. Therefore we recommend you review our policies prior to booking and commencement of your session.

Once you have received the booking confirmation or purchase confirmation via phone, email or text, you have accepted the above conditions.
